lifeRegen Inc. - Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy for Customers

If you are a US-based lifeRegen customer and are dissatisfied with any lifeRegen product, you may return:

  • Any unopened product within 30 days from the shipment date for a full refund in the same method of payment as the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges) once the return is received and processed.
  • Any opened or unopened product within 60 days after shipment for a credit on your lifeRegen account of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).

Return of Promotional Products

Promotional Products to include production collections, product sets, product bundles, etc. For any complimentary or discounted items (including product collections and sets) received by you via a qualifying purchase, returns will be handled as follows:

  • If a qualifying purchase is returned in whole or in part and it negates your qualification to receive the promotional offer benefits, and any complimentary item(s) must also be returned or you will be charged for the free product(s).
  • If part and not the entire order of the promotional products is returned, lifeRegen will not credit you, as lifeRegen will assume the returned item(s) is the promotional product(s).
  • If all promotional products are returned, lifeRegen will credit you for the product purchased abiding by the same standards stated in the general returns policy. You must have an approved Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your purchase. This can be obtained by emailing support@liferegen.com.

For customers in foreign markets, returns and refunds are not available. For replacements for damaged or defective products, please follow the process outlined below in the section entitled "Procedures for Returns". In some foreign markets, there may be an additional, specific refund and return policy for your country of residence available in the online Help Center.

Return Policy for Business Partners

If you are a US based lifeRegen Business Partner, and are dissatisfied with any lifeRegen product, you may return:

  • Any unopened product within 30 days after shipment for a full refund in the same method of payment as the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges) once the return is received and processed, less a 10% restocking fee.
  • Any opened or unopened product within 60 days after shipment for a credit on your lifeRegen account of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges) less a 10% restocking fee.

For Business Partners in foreign markets, returns and refunds are not available. For additional information, please refer to the specific refund and return policy for your country of residence.

Return of Promotional Products

Promotional Products to include Enrollment Packs, product bundles, promotional bundles, production collections, product sets, etc. For any complimentary or discounted items (including product collections and sets) received by you via a qualifying purchase or through the buy-one-get-one-free promotion or other promotion, returns will be handled as follows:

  • If a qualifying purchase is returned in whole or in part and it negates your qualification to receive the promotional offer benefits, item(s), and any complimentary item(s) must also be returned or you will be charged for the free product(s).
  • If only part of the promotional product is returned, lifeRegen will not credit you, as lifeRegen will assume the returned item(s) is the promotional product(s).
  • If all promotional products are returned, lifeRegen will credit you for the product purchased abiding by the same standards stated in the general returns policy. You must have an approved Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your purchase. This can be obtained by emailing support@liferegen.com.
  • Additionally, if an Enrollment Pack is returned in full, this will terminate the Business Partner Enrollment. Once refund is processed, the Business Partner account will be terminated and subject to lifeRegen re-enrollment policy, which states the terminated Business Partner must wait 6 months to re-enroll with lifeRegen as a Business Partner.

For Business Partners in foreign markets, returns and refunds are not available. For additional information, please refer to the specific refund and return policy for your country of residence.

Procedures for Returns

The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, repurchase, or exchange:

  • The Business Partner who purchased products directly from lifeRegen must return the product(s).
  • The product(s) must be returned in its original container.
  • The return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). It may also be obtained by emailing support@liferegen.com. In the email, customer must include name, lifeRegen ID number, and order number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of each package, or the shipment will be returned to the sender.
  • All returns must be shipped prepaid to lifeRegen. lifeRegen does not accept COD packages.
  • All returns must be shipped to lifeRegen warehouse returns address US, unless otherwise directed by lifeRegen.
  • If the returned product is not received by lifeRegen’s distribution center, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment. lifeRegen is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Sales volume for exchanges and refunds will be counted in the month the exchange or return transaction was completed.
  • No refund will be made for subsequent returns of the same product, except when the product is damaged or defective.
    • A damaged product is one that arrives physically broken, or not in working order.
    • A defective product is one that fails to function as intended, does not meet advertised specifications, presents safety risks, or is materially different from the description
  • lifeRegen has the right to reject returns or refunds in which the goods were damaged after the delivery to the customer for reasons not related to their state or condition at the time of delivery, or the goods have been disposed of.

lifeRegen reserves the right to review each return or exchange on a case-by-case basis. Credits will be issued when lifeRegen has processed the return. Damaged or incorrect shipments of products will not be subject to fees. lifeRegen reserves the right to change this policy at their discretion with written notice.
